Shepherds Circle is a ministry of Nazarene Bible College, created to strengthen pastors and guide future ministry leaders.

Too many pastors serve without the support they need, while many who sense a call to ministry don’t know where to begin. Shepherds Circle exists to bring people together through mentoring, encouragement, and authentic relationships because ministry was never meant to be carried alone.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to encourage today’s pastors, equip those preparing for ministry, and cultivate leaders committed to holiness, excellence, and faithful service.

We seek to build a thriving community where those called to ministry grow in holiness, lead with integrity, and serve with purpose.

A Note from Rob

My prayer is that Shepherds Circle will be one of the “new things” God is raising up in this generation—a place where weary shepherds are refreshed, where those discerning God’s call find wisdom and community, and where the local church is renewed to bring the hope of Christ to a thirsty world.

God is still making a way in the wilderness. He is still calling, equipping, restoring, and sending His people. Shepherds Circle exists to join Him in that work.

This is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see what God will do through this ministry and every pastor, leader, and church He brings into Shepherds Circle. May He receive all the glory as He continues to do a new thing among us.
